April is here! It is time to turn in those Read N Lead “O”s. If your child participated in Read N Lead during March and you would prefer to submit their participation electronically, you may click the link or scan the QR code to submit their participation by the end of the day Wednesday, April 10th.

Fall Festival Friday, October 27th

We are getting excited for our Fall Festival on Friday, October 27th from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

Do you know an older student who would be interested in an enjoyable volunteer opportunity? In the past, we have had Middle School and High School students help out with being Game Attenders. We would love their help! We are also looking for people willing to decorate trunks and donate candy.

2023-2024 PTSA Board Nominations

Dear Chinook Families-

We are extremely fortunate to have a small, but dedicated, group of

PTSA parents who are serving on our board and/or heading up many of

our school wide events. They’re responsible for our Fall Festival,

Evening with Santa, Family Dance Nights, Yearbook, and Spirit Wear,

just to name a few of the activities our students and families have come

to love. Having said that, several of these wonderful volunteers will soon

be graduating to the middle school level.

As we are now in the second half of the school year, we’re already

thinking ahead to next year’s PTSA events and the need for volunteers

to help run events/fundraisers and to serve on the PTSA board.

Getting involved in the PTSA creates an important connection between

you, your child, and the school. It supports your child by fostering family

engagement and funds programs that wouldn’t otherwise be available. It

helps give you a voice in decisions that affect you and your child.

I would ask you to consider supporting the efforts of the PTSA to enrich

the experience of our students through use of your time and talents.
